Learning and Development Manager

Krystle has been involved in the training and development industry since 2015. Prior to joining Savant, she worked for a non-profit organization that provides long-term care for vulnerable, at-risk adults. She also served as a project manager for a life insurance company in Milwaukee, WI.

Krystle earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a master of arts degree in adult education and development from Alverno College in Milwaukee. She received an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation.

Krystle serves on the board of directors for ArtWorks for Milwaukee, an organization that combines arts engagement with workforce development through intensive paid internships for teens. She is married with a newly blended family. Together with her husband and their three children, Jace, David Jr., and Jordin, the five of them enjoy volunteering to groom animals, summer fishing in Madison, and taking road trips to visit their families.
